Jinlei Successfully Passes MIIT’s Integration of Informatization and Industrialization Management System Certification

On August 20, Jinlei successfully passed the final audit by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT) and was awarded the “Integration of Informatization and Industrialization Management System Certification” by the China Classification Society. This achievement marks a significant milestone in the company’s digital transformation journey and reflects breakthrough progress in integrating informatization with industrialization, officially recognized by a national authoritative body.

The Integration of Informatization and Industrialization (Two-in-One Integration) is a national strategy promoted by the MIIT, aimed at deeply combining information technology and industrial operations across all aspects including technology, products, services, and management. As a strategic tool for enhancing core competitiveness, this initiative holds far-reaching significance in driving enterprise transformation and industrial upgrading.

In July 2020, Jinlei launched its Two-in-One Integration standard implementation project, leveraging its newly developed integrated management and control platform. A dedicated project task force was formed, and a formal project kick-off meeting was held. In alignment with the “Requirements for Integration of Informatization and Industrialization Management System” (GB/T 23001-2017), the company comprehensively improved its management system across areas such as sustainable competitive advantage, leadership, planning, support, implementation and operation, assessment, and continuous improvement.

Throughout core business functions including supply chain management, sales, production management, and financial management — Jinlei successfully achieved visualized process management and data-driven decision-making, optimized resource utilization, and ensured timely, effective, and complete information support for business operations.

During the certification assessment, MIIT conducted a thorough audit of Jinlei’s informatization and industrialization integration management activities, particularly regarding the development of an integrated control system for production, supply, sales, and finance. The successful certification signifies that Jinlei’s production management has reached new levels of refinement, standardization, and scientific rigor, accelerating the company’s entry into the fast lane of industrialization driven by informatization.
