Shandong Provincial Party Secretary Lin Wu Visits Jinlei for Inspection and Guidance

On August 2, Mr. Lin Wu, Secretary of the Shandong Provincial Party Committee, led a delegation to visit our company for an inspection. He was accompanied by Mr. Liu Qiang, Member of the Provincial Standing Committee and Secretary of the Jinan Municipal Party Committee, Mr. Zhi Song, Secretary of the District Party Committee, as well as key leaders from the Jinan Municipal Government, Steel City District Government, and relevant departments.

During the visit, Secretary Lin Wu toured the company’s exhibition hall, precision machining workshop, and coating workshop, where he gained an in-depth understanding of our product performance, production output, and sales achievements. Mr. Yi Tinglei, Chairman of Jinlei, provided a briefing on the company’s development history, current operations, and future strategic plans.

Secretary Lin Wu noted that the wind power market has broad development prospects, and encouraged the company to seize opportunities to expand production capacity, improve operational efficiency, and promote the advancement of products toward high-end, large-scale manufacturing. During the visit, Secretary Lin Wu also issued important directives on addressing key issues currently constraining the company’s development.

He emphasized the need to thoroughly implement General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important instructions by placing economic development’s focus on the real economy, accelerating industrial transformation and upgrading, and advancing efforts to reduce carbon emissions, cut pollution, expand green initiatives, and promote growth. These initiatives aim to continuously enhance the core competitiveness of the industry and drive high-quality, green, and low-carbon development.

Secretary Lin Wu further encouraged the company to maintain strong confidence in its development, strive for continuous growth, and pursue strength through innovation. He stressed the importance of leveraging technological innovation as a driving force, effectively utilizing industrial internet platforms, and accelerating digital transformation and technical upgrades. This will enable the company to advance towards high-end, intelligent, and green manufacturing.

He also called upon relevant government departments to optimize policy measures, implement differentiated management practices, and firmly avoid blanket, one-size-fits-all approaches. Additionally, he advocated for the integration of relevant resources to support enterprises in extending their industrial chains, upgrading their value chains, and advancing into higher-end segments — thereby continually enhancing product competitiveness and revitalizing traditional industries.
