Since its founding, Jinlei has firmly adhered to the path of Party-building-led enterprise development. To thoroughly implement the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China (CPC) and strengthen corporate integrity, on May 20, 2023, Jinlei and its subsidiary Shandong Jinlei New Energy Heavy Industry Co., Ltd. jointly organized a “20th National Congress Policy Briefing and Integrity Education Training Session” at the Lixin Party-Mass Service Center. The event aimed to align the thoughts and actions of Party members, management personnel, and key staff with the requirements of the 20th CPC National Congress, further enhancing awareness of integrity, discipline, and legal compliance, and building a strong ideological defense against corruption.

Li Chengguo, Deputy Secretary of the Party Working Committee and Political and Legal Affairs Commissioner of Lixin Subdistrict, attended the meeting.

Mr. Zhang Zhen, General Manager of Jinlei, presided over the meeting and delivered the opening speech. He emphasized that integrity building is a long-term commitment, it requires attention to detail, prevention of minor issues before they escalate, and persistent efforts. Only by strengthening personal discipline and fostering an upright culture can the company’s integrity framework be continuously advanced and its commitment to the Party’s leadership sustained.

He reiterated that integrity is crucial to a company’s survival and prosperity, it serves as the greatest protection and benefit for employees and an indispensable safeguard for achieving strategic goals. The training session featured a lecture by Professor Wang Duanjun from the Party History and Party-Building Department of the CPC Jinan Municipal Party School, who delivered an in-depth presentation on topics including “The Essence of Self-Revolution in the New Era,” “Major Innovations in Party-Building Theory,” “The Practice of Comprehensive and Strict Governance in the New Era,” and “Key Aspects of Party Members’ Work Ethic and Conduct.” The lecture integrated the 20th National Congress spirit with the realities of private enterprise, Party-building, corporate operations, and Party members’ personal development, offering profound insights into how Party leadership drives enterprise growth.
